Competitor Pantry Order Forms

2013 Kenmore Kitchen Coliseum Competiors

Please remember the following things when reviewing the pantry order form.  The Kenmore Kitchen Coliseum categories are:  Bacon, Burger, Dessert, Recipe and Sandwich.  Quantity amounts are generally small because we need to accommodate for almost 200 competitors to have access to the same ingredients.  Obviously, all 200 competitors will not be asking for the same ingredients.  That said, until we know what everyone needs our quantity amounts are conservative.  Once we know what the actual ask amounts are, we'll likely have extra for competitors to use.  We will hold and even out "extras" so that all categories have equal access.

The US Foods pantry is NOT required.  This is a "bonus" amenity of our competition.  It's intended to be a nice supplement to what you're already doing. That's why basics and general food stuffs were chosen.  If you are particular or nervous about specific ingredients or quantities, by all means, plan to bring your own.  There are very few required specific items and they are identified in your competitor packets.

Pantry ingredients will be picked up after each cooks meeting, during the "Set Up" period for each competition.

Order forms must be printed, filled out, then rescanned and emailed to pantry@worldfoodchampionships.com by 12 NOON PST, Wednesday, Nov. 6.  FedEx/Kinkos or your local library can assist if you do not have access to a scanner or printer.  There are approximately 200 orders that could come in.  Please be respectful of that deadline.

Top Ten pantries will be discussed with the Top Ten competitors, and order forms distributed, after the Top Tens are identified and announced.

Additional Notes:

Bacon World Championship competitors should use the Bacon Specific order form for their bacon, not the general pantry order form.  All other competitors should not be using the Bacon Specific order form.

World Open Chili Championship Competitors will each receive a bundle of the following items on Friday for use in their People's Choice Chili

Kidney beans
Tomato sauce
Petite diced tomatoes
Chicken broth
Beef broth
Medium yellow onions
Green pepper
Bulb garlic
Jalapenos
Piece of celery
Salt 
Chili powder
Cumin 
Oregano
